White Plains was just named one of the three best places to live in all of New York state. If you walk down tree-lined Mamaroneck Avenue, you’ll understand why. It’s dripping with history and filled with restaurants, shopping and entertainment options. All that and Manhattan is just a 35 minute commute away. The apartments were designed with all the sophistication of a five-star hotel, complete with a rooftop pool, high-end fitness center and even a dog lounge. And we did the same, capturing its elegance with the positioning, logo, signage, collateral, and even the name we chose, The Mitchell.
