Real Estate Brand, Marketing, and PR Services
Real Estate Developers or Management firms with upcoming projects that need brand development and/or ongoing marketing (digital, pr, social). We typically target PA, OH, IL, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, GA, FLA, but can work on projects across the U.S.
Typical costs and services:
$25k-30k for discovery through branding (higher range includes naming)
Custom website $40k, but template website is around $6k-5k (on a third party template such as JONAH or Rent Cafe
Signage can be anywhere from $2k-20k depending on what we are making (signage is the broadest)
Collateral can be $8k-15k inclusive of stationery, brochure, floor plan insert design, folder, rack card
All in it is typically a $45k-105k project
Real Estate project ongoing marketing (same audience as above) but this is for the post launch digital advertising, social media and pr components.
Typical costs and services:
$1,000/mo. for google search, display and meta display
Social organic can add another $2000-$2500/mo.
And PR is roughly another $2000-5000/mo.
That doesn't include start up fees which would be about $3k for digital and $8k for social strategy and video content development
On top of our fees, there is typically $5k-10k earmarked for google and meta media
Food and Beverage Product Brand, Marketing and PR Services
This is a much broader audience with the caveat being they have to be big enough to reach our $10k/mo. minimum. We work with products that are strictly B2B, i.e. mostly dealing with retailers and/or those that are more B2C-focused.
Typical costs and services:
Brand work, which typically in the range of $25k-30k
Marketing roadmap which can range from $15k-25k
Ongoing marketing with a ballpark breakdown as follows:
Public Relations $5k-$15 (dependent on tactics and hours)
Creative Development $5k-$20k (dependent on volume of content)
Social Media Management $2k-$5k (Posting, Reporting and Community Management)
Digital Advertising Management $1k plus 10-15% of spend
Event Management (TBD as based on the strategy)
Distributor Relations $2k-$4k, if applicable
Squarespace Website Design and Development
For a lot of smaller corporate clients who just want a more simple website inclusive of about, experience, services, blog and contact page, we offer a $15k-20k Squarespace package. Leverage an existing template, customize it, provide copywriting services and training on the site CMS. We do it all from design through launch.
Virtual Podcasts
More and more brands or individuals are coming to us to create a podcast for either internal or external use. it's a great source of ongoing content for their social channels and/or as part of their thought leadership initiative. We create the show, set the host up with equipment for their own location or use of our studio (if they are local to the Baltimore/DC area), do the guest outreach and management, run of show, recording, editing and distribution. We can also offer Sponsorship management, if applicable.
Typical costs:
$10,000 set up fee
$12k monthly production fee which includes 4 video episodes/month. That cost can go down to $8k for video only.
For shows focused on downloads (vs corporate content/thought leadership), we do offer podcast partnerships where we provide discounts for partial IP ownership.
Studio Space Rental
We do have a full studio space located in Greenbelt, MD - which is right between Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. We offer rental of that space with and without a producer for an hourly fee of $250-500/hr. This is great for single instrument musicians, voiceovers or podcasts.
