We're Naturipe Farms' PR and social media agency, which means we handle everything from message development and media relations to content creation, digital advertising, brand partnerships, and the occasional crisis. A lot of the job is staying ahead of the story: keeping tight relationships with trade reporters, protecting the brand's reputation in the press, and using real data to shape what shows up on social and in paid digital. The creative work has to speak to retail buyers, consumers, and the industry all at once, so we build media campaigns around what actually makes Naturipe different, package educational content in a way that gets a buyer's attention, and keep the visuals bright, authentic, and true to the brand. Sometimes that includes a berry mascot roughly the size of a person.
